I had a really great experience staying at the Express London Greenwich. The location is perfect if you're planning to visit the O2 or explore the historic Greenwich area. The O2 is just a short walk away, which made attending an event there incredibly convenient. Plus, Greenwich itself is just down the road, offering beautiful parks, the Royal Observatory, and plenty of charming cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself was comfortable and modern, with everything I needed for a short stay. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. If you're looking for a well-located, budget-friendly option with easy access to both the O2 and Greenwich, this hotel is a solid choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean with amazing views of the 02 especially at night. Staff all friendly and helpful. We stayed with our pet dog Loki who had the time of his life. If considering staying with your dog i would highly recommend. Plenty of space outside to walk your dog with plenty of bins. It’s a nice walk into Greenwich Center along the river which is easily accessible from the hotel. Very dog friendly. My daughter and her friend attended the 02 for a concert and day time shopping, both of which are an easy 10minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was included and had everything you could need or want, all fresh and well prepared. We had an amazing time and will definitely book again in future.

The staff were amazing, all of them and the lady who checked us in was really lovely, I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable and I noticed there was a fan and heater available in the room which was great. My only comments would be the lighting in the bathroom was poor, the milk sachets were off and the windows could do with a jolly good clean. It would have been nice to have a fridge/mini bar. Overall I would say the stay was excellent and the staff really made our stay special (the breakfast was great too). I would definitely stay here again, so thank you.

While the room wasn’t super luxurious, it was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and surprisingly large for London standards. We had our towels and sheets changed promptly after accidentally spilling coffee, which we really appreciated. One of the staff even gave us great tips for places to visit. After checking out, we were allowed to store our luggage so we could enjoy the city a bit more before our flight – a great final touch!

It was a good temperature and there was shampoo and hand wash and clean towels. Also had a kettle some cups and option for tea or coffee. The breakfast was really nice with lots of different options. The beds were comfy and big. It's also really close to the o2 about a 10 minute walk so was really good for concerts and events.
